Izing is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. We process data in compliance with the RGPD (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) in Europe and the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) in Brazil.

Details submitted through the contact form: name, company or institution, email, WhatsApp, and message.

Submission context: selected language, currency, and plan of interest, plus the date and time of submission.

Cookieless audience measurement, which doesn't identify you individually or track you across sites.

We use the data to respond to requests, present demos, prepare proposals, and contact you about the service. Audience measurement is used in aggregate to understand site usage.

We process data based on consent, legitimate interest, and pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, as applicable. Under the RGPD, Article 6 applies; under the LGPD, Article 7.

We share data only with providers necessary to operate the service, acting as processors, always under contractual protection guarantees. We do not sell personal data.

Vercel (site hosting), n8n (receiving and storing the lead submitted through the form), [cookieless analytics provider], and the WhatsApp Business Platform, via the Evolution API, for internal lead notification and support. Some of these providers may process data outside your country, with the safeguards required by the RGPD and the LGPD.

We keep data for [retention period, for example, 24 months] or for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and to comply with legal obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
